Terms of Service

Shorts Deck lets you view public and authorized analytics across your YouTube and TikTok channels and copy the URLs of recent Shorts. The service is provided to help you organize and reference your own content.

You agree to only connect channels you own or are authorized to manage, and to use the data you retrieve in compliance with applicable laws and with the terms of the underlying platforms. You must not use Shorts Deck to scrape, resell, or misuse data belonging to others.

Shorts Deck uses the YouTube Data API and TikTok Display API. Your use of the service is also bound by the YouTube Terms of Service and TikTok's Developer and Platform terms. If those terms conflict with these, the platform terms control with respect to that platform's data.

Analytics are retrieved from third-party APIs and may be delayed, rate-limited, or incomplete. Shorts Deck makes no guarantee that figures shown are exact or current, and you should not rely on them as the sole source for business decisions.

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time, including if a third-party API changes or restricts access.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Shorts Deck and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including loss of data or reliance on displayed analytics.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Shorts Deck after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
